  3. Fixes a problem with the Megahertz A2144 internal modem, specifically not assigning enough flow control in the Apple Modem Tool.  Enables XON/XOFF and set appropriate preferences.  Also allows display of ARQ on startup so programs can display correct flow control messages.  Update welcome.
